Become an Award-Winning Author & Get Exposure for YOUR Book

In the past, simply having a published book was indicative of high-quality content. Now that self-publishing is available to everyone, winning a book award is one of the most powerful and effective ways to make your book stand above the crowd. Award-winning authors can leverage the promotional power of this status to increase online recognition, enhance their book's credibility and gain increased attention in the crowded book buying marketplace.

With so many book awards and contests available, Kingswell Press has vetted the top contests for you and the Next Generation Indie Book Awards makes our list every year. This contest is one of 6 awards contests that Kingswell Press has vetted and it is also available at part of our Book Award Submissions bundle (which is discounted 15%).

To help indie authors make important connections, the top 80 books in the Indie Book Awards will be reviewed by New York literary agent Marilyn Allen of Allen Literary Agency for possible representation to publishers or representation in areas such as distribution, foreign rights, film rights, and other rights.

Testimonials

Authors who've published with Kingswell Press share their experience, from manuscript development and cover design to international book distribution and marketing.

From the editor assigned to my manuscript to the cover designer who nailed the brief on the first round, every step felt handled. My paperback was on Amazon and Barnes & Noble within weeks.

Daniel R. Whitaker

I came in with a half-finished memoir and walked out with a polished book, an ISBN, and global distribution. The marketing plan turned a quiet launch into a real reader base.

Sarah Khan

I've worked with two other publishers before. The difference here is the structure, clear timelines, real human support, and zero surprises on rights. I kept everything and still got the full-service treatment.
